Snap coupler plow

My 3 bottom plow has 3 adjustment screws to make it plow a deeper cut. They are all locked up with rust.
question #1 what is the best way to unsiezed them?

Question #2: Will these adjustment screws make a big difference in the depth of cut? Right now it seems to be digging only half what it could.

The crank on top of the plow is the depth adjustment. Turning it to the right will increase depth. The adjustments on the lift links are for leveling the plow side to side. Make sure that the pivots for the lift links are under the cross shaft before they are attached to the snap couplers. Also, those plows will not penetrate hard ground with worn out points. Getting the adjustments free will most likely require some heat or long soaking with penetrating oil.
