I just bought a Allis C and wanted to know what size bush hog could I run. I think this little Allis is better than any tractor I have. maybe next I can get a WC! Allis chalmers is great
equipment!

Rick, my 86 yr. old dad mows his farm yard with a "C" and a 6' Woods belly mower. When the blades are sharp like they should be, the tractor handles it fine but it's beginning to steer quite hard for some reason. If you like the power of your "C" you should check out a WD-45. They have amazing power for a small tractor. Glad to have you with us orange lovers.

Hey Rick i just bought a 49? C ser.# 75130 and its a DANDY sure runs nice anyways it has a 6' woods belly mower, it seemed not to faulter at all on grass and ditches that haven't been cut for a month +. trying to learn more about it horse power wheels and pto etc. I bought it cause of the narrow front and the belly mower but i tell ya the tractor is no slouch. If any body knows anything about these little orange things please write I'd appreciate it.

Rick; Glad you like the orange machines. The "Bushhog" or other brand cutters are usually matched by horsepower at the takeoff, unless they have their own power. Check with a dealer for the mower's. Dont over extend the machine as these things can ruin components on a tractor if overloaded.
