I have a wd-45 that I am using in antique tractor pulls, and I am looking for a lower gear for less ground speed. I'd like know if there are any deep reduction final drive gears or lower transmission/rear end gears available. Thanks in advance for any and all information

You do not want to slow it down. If anything you want to speed it up!! Unless you are dead weight pulling.

SCOTT.. I CAN'T IMAGINE WHY YOU WOULD WANT TO SLOW DOWN....THAT TRACTOR AT 3600-4500 POUNDS WILL HAVE ALL KINDS OF POWER AND NEEDS MORE GROUND SPEED...UNLESS YOU ARE NOT RUNNING STOCK RPM'S...AT 1800 RPM LETS SAY ..YOU ARE STILL PLENTY SLOW...WE ARE TALKING ANTIQUE PULLS USING FIRST GEAR...2.5 MPH STOCK..AGAIN TOOO SLOW

Buy yourself a wd45d (diesel) rear end. They are geared lower. The diesel runs faster (rpms) so to keep ground speed the same and pto speed the same they geared down the diesel. I am in the process of putting one in my pulling tractor.
