Can anyone tell me how to get a valve core out of the stem when the tab that the valve wrench fits on breaks off. I dont want to mess with the stem because it is very rusted. The tire has water in it and I guess the calcium has rusted the stem to the point of it leaking.

Most are two part stems on rear tubes. The outer stem can be removed and a new one can be installed. I have bought them in WalMart stores as well as farm stores. Usualy two in a pack with a rubber seal at one end. There is two different styles and get both when I buy. Saves a second trip.
