What's the best way to fix a small crack in a WD-45 radiator? It's near the top, so access is easy. Friend of mine recommended soldering it with silver, but I've only used a small torch to sweat plumbing joints. Any suggestions? Tha

I think you could use the J-B or use brass. Low temp works well. If you dont have a torch, J-B is your best shot. If neither route appeals to you, then take the radiator to a repair shop and have them fix it

I know this is shade tree type repair but I was afraid to try to solder mine also. So I used J B Weld , cleaned the area good and put it in and over the hole 5 years ago. Still holding. K-Mart sells it for under $5.00. I was thinking I would make a big hole out of a little one. Murphys law.
