Colin, Some of those values are a little off. Here are the official Nebraska PTO hp figures (earlier models would be in belt hp): WC - 29.93
WD - 34.63
WD45 - 43.21
D10/12 Series I - 28.51
D10/12 Series II and III - 33.46
D14 - 34.08
D17 - 52.7 I don't know what you will be using the tractor for, but here are a few considerations. The WC does not have hydraulics, snap coupler, or live power. The WD will have live power and hydraulics but no snap coupler. The WD45 has live power and snap coupler and is a 3-4 plow tractor. Early D10 and D12 tractors did not have live power. Later models had true independent PTO, optional 3-pt hitch, and optional two-speed range transmission. These are about the most expensive of the bunch, usually ranging from $4000 and up. The D14 was the first of the D-series and is a nice 3-plow tractor. The D17 is a full 4-plow tractor. Depending on your horsepower requirements, the WD45 is the best value for the buck. For a little more money, you can have the two-speed hand clutch (Power Director) in the D-series. A good WD45 will range from $1500 to $2500 or so depending on the options (wide front, power steering, loader, condition, etc...). A D14 will start at $2500 and likewise for an early D17. A D17 Series IV will usually bring $4500 and up. Add a loader and I've seen them sell for $7000. These are the prices I usually see in Missouri, other areas will vary. Hope this helps. Good luck,
