According to Norm Swinford's book on Allis Chalmers farm tractors, the correct green for pre 1930 tractors is Martin Senour 99L11511 for the green, and 99N4359 for the red.
The 20-35 had green wheels after serial no.12001, about 1928. This was after the redesign. This tractor would have had canary yellow pin striping, on the fenders, hood, and sides of the radiator, I think.

PS the title of that Swinford book is "A Guide to Allis Chalmers Farm Tractors" published by ASAE (American Society of Agricultural Engineers) 2950 Niles Rd., St Joseph, MI.
