Is there an automotive tire rim style that will bolt on to the front of a C tractor. I am thinking about putting some throwaway spare tires off a car onto the front for a cheep replacement. It is a wide front with a five bolt pattern. Thanks in advance
Ed

If you have a wide front, use any small bolt pattern GM (mine are 6x15 Pontiac polycasts off an 82 Firebird). Narrow front, you will need the spce saver spare out of a similar car to jeep them from rubbing. These are cheap and plentiful in junkyards. Many of them have dual bolt patterns and are almost certain to fit. Try Camero or Malibu type cars first, but the Caprice's used the double pattern ones with a larget tire size.

The small spare tube type tire and wheel from the 80's GM cars will bolt on.
