Hey, they are farly complecated so don't worry. I take off the bar first: disconnect the pitman at the knife end. remove the one large pin and it will pull away. I remove the knives and oil them. I figure if they are out they cannot slip and cut my fingers! Remove the linkages for rasing lowering and setting the cut height, then I get a jack to hold up the front end of the mower. remove the fixed bar from the left side. then remove the lower bolt on the right and loosent eh top. the top has a slot in it so its easier to swivel up to hold it when you put it back on. gho to the back and loosen the bolts on the draw bar. remove the belt and remove the bolts and lower to the ground. goback to front and swivel the last arm away and lower the jack. I usually swing the unit from under the front(pry with a wooden post, to0 heavy to slide! and then back out, turn the wheel hard first of course. And that's all there is to it.

Good luck, Rob
