: I have gotten a lot of information from here and I thought I would pass on what I got for brake linings on my WC. McMaster-Carr out of Atlanta, Georgia has molded and woven brake and clutch lining material in different thicknesses and widths. I ordered 1/4" thick woven lining which looked like what my old linings were made of, only thicker. It cost just under $6.00 per foot. I used an end mill on a milling machine to countersink the holes, this lining does not come with any holes. I also ordered rivets from this same place. I used a punch and a vice to rivet the linings to the bands as Harrel had described doing. Four feet of material actually is enough to make 6 pieces of lining, enough to do three brake bands on a WC. Let me know if anyone needs more information.

: Thanks,

: Bobby
