Monroe Seat Shock Absorber

A while back a couple of people were looking for a shock for their Monroe seat and there was some input that a replacement was available for about $80. I just purchased and installed a NAPA shock ( part number 20851 ) and it looks original and works great. The price was $10.99.Hope this helps .

Speaking of which, I am restoring a 39 B and am changing from the monroe shock/pan seat to an original bench seat. The shock is shot, but I have the rest of the gear, in fair to good shape. Anyone interested in buying some cheap parts? Let me know what you need and I'll check its condition and let you know the results.
