who is a good source for model b carb kits? thanks any help appreciated

My NAPA dealer stocks this kit but any NAPA can order it. They will need the number on the carb

Dan,

Just be careful of the "one size fits all" kits. I bought mine for the former A-C dealer. He had a variety of kits depending on the manufacturer and the number on the circular plate on the carb.

I probably paid a little more at the dealer, but I got one specifically made for my carb.

I have been able to walk into our local C T Farm Store and buy them off the shelf. If you are from somewhere that don't have such a store they have an 800 number that someone might be able to post for you or I can post it tomarrow. My catalog is at work.

In addition to Central Tractor (CT Farm & Country) we have a "TEMCO" dealer not too far away. "TEMCO" distributes thru "locally owned & operated dealers". Our local dealer has a large supply of mostly "real" farm stuff and the prices are better than CT. TRACTOR IMPLEMENT MOTIVE PARTS, INC. P.O. Box 13287, Memphis, TN 38113 Try calling their number for a dealer close to you. They claim to have more than 200 Independently Owned and Operated TEMCO dealers throughout the country and they are looking for new dealers as well. (901)946-4440
