50-53 AC WS rated at 84hp ?? l have never heard of or seen such a model & l am very interested to here more about this tractor.

Ben, AC did have a WS, it was made from 1950-53, It did have a 675cid 84 PTO HP gas engine. It should have 5 forward speeds with a single reverse. It weighs 3,330lbs and had a manufacturers suggested retail price of $1,370. Hope this helps, Dennis H.

84 hp? 3330 lbs.? Where can I get one? Suddenly I have an itch to go tractor pulling.

Ben: I only find reference of a WS (Crawler) tested in 1939. It used the "S" engine 5 3/4 x 6 1/2. Yes, a big engine!!!! I have never seen a 50-53 WS, but interested. Also looking for a 2cly WT made by AC, liturature is all I know exist. Dave Bowers [email protected]

Boys, I only calls them like I sees them. The # looked goofy but thats the way it's printed. For all I know WS's might have been red until they fired up this monster and blistered the paint orange? Dennis H.
