Do I need any special wire screen to put in my grill? Or can I get any old heavy metal wire? I want it to look right.

If you have any part of the old screen you can match it at a some welding shops. The screen is called expanded metal and can be purchased in sheets. VanCamp has in stock cut to size and rolled to fit. 219-747-3455
As for your seat the 39's all had the bench seats and VanCamp has them in stock also. He has a junk yard and would have a used frame. Good Luck with your B they are fun projects.
