i saw a c with tracks yesterday
is this original or after market?
the tracks went around the rear tire to a smaller
tire about 3 feet in front

These were after market. I remember seeing them
at the state fair in the 50's. A lot of them were
put on Ford tractors. I can't remember the name of the company that made them.

They are called "half-tracks". Some were manufactured by a company named ARPS. They were into aftermarket goods. (They also manufactured 3pt pto snowblowers.) Half-tracks were a big thing in the muck soils of Michigan and used on many celery farms. Ron is correct about the 50's. There were also other makers of the half-track attachments.
