I guess what we're looking at here is how rare that this equip. is, that in itself makes it more valuable, and how bad someone wants it 10-4?

I just bought a blade for $165 I should said I stoled it for that price. Around two years ago I seen one sell for over $750 at a auction and it was froze up and broke is some places.

seems like blades and front end loaders bring the best prices. location has alot to do with how high a price. around kansas city area i've seen blades go for $475 w/o book or extensions, just a bare bones blade. mine works really well at anything i've asked it to do. dad bought it many many years ago. just make sure the adjustment screws ain't froze up and nothing is racked crooked.

$500 seems to be the going price, or at least the asking price for these. If it's AC made it is a very good, heavy blade with lots of nice features and should work well.
