Take all four spark plugs out ( this will allow the engine to turn over easy ), Put your thumb over the number one spark plug hole and crank the engine over untill you fell pressure. Take a small wire and bend it untill you can feel the piston move. Crank the engine by hand a little at a time untill the piston is at the top of its stroke, or TOP DEAD CENTER. This may take several trys. When your sure that number one piston is at top dead center,( at this point you should be able to spot a line through the inspection hole in the bellhousing on the right side standing at the crank). Take the distributor cap off- then take off the coil and points cover off. File- sand- polish the points. Set the points at .020 with a feeler guage. Rotate the mag. back and forth untill the points just start to open. put the cover back on and set rotor in the cover to number one plug wire hole. This would be the wire hole that is at the top next to the engine. fireing order is clock wise ( 1243 ) If you have fuel and compression it should run. Before you put the plugs back make sure that you have spark.
