I just picked up an AC with WD45 decals, but its sn is WD87700 and it has a magneto. SN indicates that it's a WD. Yes or no?

I may be wrong, but I do not think you can put a mag on a true WD-45 engine.

Yep its a WD but it could have a WD45 engine in it. Easy way to tell that is look on the right side and if it has a bolt on plate there then its a WD engine if no plate then a WD45. Common for the engines to be swapped out over the years and eight one will fit
