Recently the lift arms on my 175 Diesel will not drop. The hydraulic cylinder outlets work fine. The arms may drift partially down but not all the way. Any ideas?

Check the TB linkage mechanism that moves the valve & the valve itself.
If it gets stuck in the rearward position, it will cause this problem.
Also, if some of the linkage gets bound up, it can do the same thing.

These are from a D17SerIV, but should be the same thing.
