Wondering if anyone out there has a hydraulic pump for my 56 wd45. How much and shipped to 55803. I am getting no hydraulic movement even after filling with fluid. Thanks

Had this WD for years and as soon as I put a loader on it the pump quit working. Had metal shavings in valves. Must of come out of the cylinders on the loader.

Have you determined that the pump is at fault? Have you tried setting the four screws per the decal on the battery box, according to what you want to set it for? Might be a valve problem while the pump is still good.

I have tried calibrating the screws and to no avail. I cant get any pressure in the system. Do you think maybe the valve on top of the pump is blocked or frozen??

KISS formula- simple things first. Just the other day, on these boards, someone replaced a pump and nothing worked. Friend thought the pump sounded starved for oil. Answer- CLEAN the screen ahead of the pump. Sure, the pump can still be bad, but get the I&T AC-11 manual or the factory shop service manual, take the valve apart and make sure all of that is ok before replacing the pump. Old has a pump, I have an extra, too, but do the simple things first. Diagnosis is at least as important as repair.

I might have a pump. Its on an old WD parts tractor out back. It worked when I use it and another one to make a good tractor. E-mail is open
