I need a pair of rear wheels for my WD45. I've found some WD wheels. Are they the same? I'm working towards restoring this tractor and I'd like to keep it original.

WD 45 probably has 13" rims with 14.9x28 tires, the WD should have been 12" with 13.6x28 tires. They'd work just fine, but they'd be about a hair bit narrow. When I put 14.9 tires on my WD (with the right 13" rims), the thing felt a lot taller and beefier.
