I have a 6 volt 4 cylinder that will run for 10 to 15 minutes and then quit.
Starts up after a half hour or so.
I have cleaned the fuel tank and sediment bowl and it still does it.
I have been told there is a tune up kit for the magneto.
Has anyone had the same problem ?

Thanks guys! I never thought of the condenser possibly being the culprit.
I"ll let you know what happens.

I have had this problem. When it quits, unhook the fuel line - none will come out. These tanks are very hard to clean and keep clean. Sediment floats around and settles plugging the line after a period of running. I fixed mine by putting a stand pipe in the settling bowl so that it would draw gas from 1/2" off the bottom.

I've heard that the condenser in the mag would cause the same problem. I have never seen this. Almost everything on running is fuel related from my experience.

But what engine is it. Could be as simple as a bad condenser or it could also be a problem with the carb not getting enough gas
