I read on another site a poster claimed that Agco is dropping the Agco label tractor line. Anybody heard this also, and is it true. I think the poster claimed the only tractors Agco will have are Massey Ferguson, Challenger, Valtra, and Fendt. Anybody hear about this? Is it true?

It is the way they go. no more developpment in small diesel compact ST tractor, no more GT. Less advertising budget (in eastern Canada), they close the Orange dealer who are near Massey dealer, and put pressure on the other to take Massey contract. They work slowly in that directions. Maybe orange tractors for the next 3 to 5 years and after that....Massey and Challenger with some Fendt in North America. The North american market is a big lost for Agco ($40,000,000 last year and $40,00,000 the year before).
