Hey folks I was just on Photo Ads implement section and there is what appears to be a very nice AC 330 air planter on there 4 row and appears to be 30" rows and I'm guessing those should be 78 series units anyway I'm guessing it might make a nice planter for a starter farmer or a small farmer. I don't have much experience with them and I did sell a couple air planters the only thing we found was it was very prone to skipping or double dropping with ungraded seed such as flats and rounds mixed. If interested you may want to make sure you can get all the seed discs available or make sure you get graded seed as to medium flats or rounds. I guess I'd buy it if I was farming. I'm thinking the 78 unit would go down to 15" rows for beans add four more units and coulters and put some sand in the fert boxes for ballast and it would make a nice bean planter. If I'm wrong be nice folks just a suggestion here. The monitor alone is worth something if all the sensors work they're pricey it didn't say if it had a pop counter. CT
