I have posted before, and want to thank everyone for their responses.

Currently my D14 has a stuck clutch. I have been trying to avoid the issue, but it has not gone away. Yesterday i looked up through the inspection hole, and found a bunch of mice nest, as well as a rustf throughout bearing clutch fork.

What is the best way (least expensive) to approach this issue? I have several people say to pressure wash the clutch package, others say to use lube to get the throughout bearing to move. Can someone help me step through this process so I maybe dont have to split the tractor?

Thanks for all the help.

your on the right track. on a B tractor, you take out the starter motor so you can get a weedsprayer and garden hose in there. wash it out the bottom hole. first get the next out, get it clean, then soak with penetrating oil. i dont know if the 14 has a zerk on the fork or not, but soaking with penetrant will be a good start.
