I have painted my 1956 CA tractor and am putting it back together. I am wiring up the electrical box. Duey Schutter"s page has the wiring diagram I am using. It shows the amp gauge having a (+) and a (-)side. Mine has no markings except for an "E" and an "O". It worked fine when I took it off. How can I determine (+) and (-)? Help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve in S. IL

usually the starting point is 12 noon. positive to the right. thats how mine works.
would "E" be enter and "O" out.
could connect it up between the battery terminals,if it goes left ,reverse the wiring.
