Getting ready to prime oil pump and connect the oil lines.I can't remember how the fitting should be on the head.Should the hole go on top or bottom or should it face frontwards or backwards?

Depends on the model. My WC has a T fitting coming out of the head. One line goes under the oil filter and the other goes to the governor. My B is like the previous post.

The fitting that goes into a 1939 B head is a right angle elboe that points to the rear of the tractor.
