I have heard of brush cutter type mowers that were/are belly mounted that a model C good handle, 42" or 48" perhaps, is there such a thing? I would prefer to have something that was offset mounted rather than on center with the tractor. We want to use it to mow around tree seedlings. Also, what does it take to put a 3pt kit on a C, I have one on my 45 but haven"t seen alot of them for a C. Any advice would be appreciated.

Look at 3 point hitches on saginawcountytractor.com or mowers at woodsonline.com Several other short line companies also made belly mowers over the years but you won't those in business any longer as 3 point finish mowers took their place. You can move wheels in if possible and run a wider finish mower on three point hitch. A new fence mower out but it's kind of high and small for just mowing the yard.

Yup. I have two of them. One for a B and one for a G. One spindel in the center and the flop back blades. 48 inch for the B and 42 inch for the G.

Yes, there are several "belly mowers" that will work on a C Allis Chalmers. This is a Woods 59 that I had on my C. I have had it listed in the photo ads but it may have been over a month since I listed it. It is for sale....

Wood makes or did make a mower deck that will mount under it but not sure about a true brush cutter. As far as the 3 point I made my own for my C. But you can buy after market ones but they cost around $500
