D-19 jumping out of gear. I want to repair but having a hard time identifiying the gears and collars. Does anyone have an exploded parts view with pt #s I could use to order the correct parts.

JVander,

Tomorrow, Jan 9, I can print them for you, and then scan and send to your email or post here around noon. Internet is down at the shop (going on 19 days now) or I would send them direct from there. You will have to post your email, I can't do it through YT's web site.

Paul

Paul, thats fine, I have put this off since last summer a few more days will not matter. I got the tracor from a friend with a blown 262 gas motor. I rebuilt the moter only to find it will not stay in gear. Funny part is, it will not stay in any of the gears very well. You can hold it in but its hard. I took the lid off the transmission and can see the gears are chipped, worn off on the edges. The shift rails and forks look okay but have not had them apart.

J,

They should be on your ISP's server ready for you to download. I hope you are not on dial up, it is a huge file. Twelve pages of images and part numbers.

Any problems or questions, email me direct.

Paul

Thank you, I got it. With the repair manual I ordered this should get it done. Looks like most of the gears are on the pinion shaft which probaly comes out through the rearend. Bet this is going to be fun but I will be able to hide out in the shop for quite a while. Once again thank you.

Do you have a service manual for your tractor?

Jeff- No, I do not but most of the repair manuals don't have pt. #s do they? I really need a parts manual but this is the only thing I need it for so was just looking for the transmission parts.
