What are the main differences between these two machines...other than the obvious style change?

i have owned bouth of these tractors, the d 10 hydrolic pump might be found in richmond va, theres a place that carries most all the parts for those modles, however i have misplaced the address for them but it is on the internet, and the c a was a two row cultivator, it is still sitting behind the shead, i recently bought a 61 d 10 ,and has almost finished restoring it ,looks like new, runs like new too, ask me chuck

CA has a hand clutch that "broke" the rear axle, to allow for a sort of live PTO. Early D10/12 didn't have the live PTO, that came in late series II, I believe. D10/12 are the same tractor, the 12 has wider rear axle extensions for 2 row work.

Since you are talking about D10's, I inherited a 1962 A-C D10 w/ 3 point hitch and hydraulics. My hydraulic pump is not working and I'm finding that they are few and far between to find parts for the D10 3 point hydraulic pump. There weren't many made to begin with and I don't know if you can use another pump set-up.Do you know of anything???

CA superceeded the C in 1950, and they are 2-row tractors. The CA was actually replaced by the D12. The D10 was the replacement for the 1-row Model B in 1957, the same time that the CA was discontinued in favor of the D12.
