hello all i need some help. My uncle has a Case SC. At least that is what it looks like from looking at pictures. What decieves me about it, is that it has the letter S decal on the nose? I assumed it would have an SC decal. I don't know anything about them though so maybe its me. Anyway it has 4 forward gears and reverse, hand clutch, PTO, Hydrolics, and NF. has a long arm on the left side of tractor (when facing from drivers seat) that is from the steering box. Does this sound like an SC? If you all need a picture I could possibly post one somehow maybe but i'm thinking its an SC. Was there any dead give-away? Secondly. and most importantly I had it out with my cousin over the weekend and it started and worked just fine. had it out idling for awhile warming up (hadn't been run since fall) and all of a sudden it started missing and oil started coming out of the 2nd cylinder exhaust port. Trouble! My Uncle did mention last year he thought the rings were going. I'd have to say they are gone. Least one cylinder worth. I was looking in the ON-Line store here at YTMAG and couldn't find an SC rebuild kit. So i'm looking to get a price on one! If anyone knows where to buy one let me know please. Summary! 1. Is this a case SC? 2. Where to get a rebuild kit? Thanks for ALL your help and input.

The main focus of this page is to show how I upgr
