I'll try to get as much info out.Friends of mine have a large 50 acre field thats rented out to a person i work with ,i use person because he,s not a close friend and after work we really don,t associate with him.The owners sound like they want to make a change.I would like to approach them on interest on their land. What would be the right way to do this.I want the land owners to know i'am interested but don't want to break the farmer rule.. which is around our parts Is Don,t take away land from another farmer unless land owners ask for others. So if i ask about it i,am kinda breaking that rule. How have others done this the polite way.. thanks
