"Workers at General Motors in Windsor, Ont., will punch out for the last time Wednesday, as the automotive giant closes its transmission plant in the one-time heart of Canada's automotive industry.
The plant, which has 500 or so employees, will assemble its final transmission Wednesday afternoon. "

Drives me nuts that just a year ago they were in huge financial trouble, got a big chunk'o'money from the gov't so all their top payed "leaders" could keep their huge bonuses and then they go and do this to another group of workers who have given GM years of service. Just not right........it's just not right.
