Steve, first of all let me state that I think this fellow should be dealt with severely. I saw that same ad and thought it looked like a pretty decent deal. If you advertise something locally and misrepresent it that's one thing, buyers won't waste a bunch of time checking it out. If you advertise nationally you really have a responsibility to be honest, as a potential buyer has a lot invested before he even sees the merchandise. Now, that said, my curiousity demands that I ask you whatever possessed you to travel from NoCal to NoDak in the winter to buy a tractor? I'm from NoDak, and sometimes I don't have a choice, I gotta go there in the winter, but, gee.. Gotta give you credit for being a tractor buff, I suppose. It seems like you would be looking down in the Woodland area, I know there is a fellow down there that has been selling a lot of Farmalls in the past few years. I've toyed with the idea of stopping and looking at some in travels from Seattle to San Diego, but never seem to find the time. Anyway, please don't judge all North Dakotans by this one bad example. This fellow must be the official state jerk. :o(
