I ve went through several back surgeries and a hip replacment and I m in general stoved up like a old rusty hinge . Arthiritis is in most of my joints and I m in pain for the most part 24/7 but dont let it slow me down . My wife started to get stoved up some and her Doctor told her to try Glucosamine . I figgered it could nt hurt me to try it also . We have been taking it for about 3 weeks and cant belive the change . It s hard to explane but I still have the pain but I m not stoved up like I was and can move alot easyer .
