Without info on the tires and metal, the state of the hydraulics, and wear points, there is nothing but min max. Stuck Min zero, max 400 (if it has parts you need for the other one) Troubled one should be 600 to 1200 as is with usable tires. Parts are tough to find and major engine repair can be 4000$ ! JimN
