If your dead set on doing it find a John Deere 430 that isn't sprung,has decent belts and pickup teeth. This is a simple baler that will produce a good bale and is old enough to be reasonable in cost.($3-5000) It will require approx. a 70hp tractor.($3-10,000 used) You will need a good mower and rake($1-3000 used)or a haybine($1-5000 used. It will also require way more time than you think. When you have time the hay isn't ready or the weather won't cooperate. when the weather and hay are right you won't have the time. My 2 cents
