Okay, as a family farmer for years I agree with you guys that it is bull to charge fuel tax for off road fuel. However you said that the fuel company could file the appropriate paperwork and fix that before it gets to you. But they will not do it because it is to much work. It is not the DOT's problem your fuel company is lazy. Let's not place the blame in the wrong spot. Do you realize how many people inappropriately use offroad fuel. The fact that the state has to charge tax on the fuel is the result of crooked end consumers ABUSING the tax break for farmers. And by the way if this was a communist country you would be in prision right now for speaking out against the Government. Maybe you should enjoy your freedom and realize that the reason we have to have some of these laws is not beacuase of the over educated morons. It is because of the REAL LIFE MORONS who do not know how to act in a society where we are FREE!!
