Probably the picture, although when looking at this building you can see where the brick is out of plane on that elevation, since it was built early last century. Looking at an adjacent building, the plane of the brick looks straight. Funny how brick masonry varies, depending on the ability of those who placed the brick, I've seen plenty of new jobs where thnigs were off substantially, hard to find good masons today, even back then it appears.
The foundation is made of flat stone and is in good condition, the building was re-furbished in the early 80's, lower apartment spans 2 floors and the upper apartment has 2 levels, with a roof top patio/deck with a nice view of the hudson valley, it's up on a hill.
