For us, me and my scooter buds, it began with secret hideout No.1, the big basin saloon under the desplains river bridge, and expanded from there. We're up to about secret hideout No.20 now, where wimmins...the wives and girlfriends wimmins aren't allowed, nor are cellphones or pagers. The secret to a good secret hideout is to not have it on the property. Of course, good beer, a place to park the scooters, and a boat dock to watch bikinis from as you're downing a nice cool one always helps, which of course is why its a secret hideout in the first place.
