I think all people are different and that is why you get treated differently at places. Some guys and gals are just nice and some are not. Business is surely changing though and I am glad for the places we still have around in our area. Lots of them have packed up and left because of a sluggish Michigan economy and an aging farmer population. Young people move out of this area. They can't make a living farming. Probably in another 50 years a tractor will get delivered in a crate from china and get sent back in the same crate to be recycled. Your parts man will be a girl in india taking your order over the internet! It is almost to that point now. It is rare to get personal service anywhere anymore. Later.
