if you lived in tenn. you'd figure out how to distill the stuff, bottle it and make a REAL profit! ok...just kiddin'. i do hope your maple serple crop does well....i love the stuff. my cousin in canada taps his trees and makes his own and i usually get a jar or two every year. we trade him for home-made blackberry jam. i don't know whether to believe this global warming theory or believe it's just a natural trend in the warming/cooling of the earth. it just seems like everyone is always trying to jam one theory or the other down your throat about anything and everything any more and ya get to the point you don't know who to believe or trust. we just keep trying to do our part to keep our emissions down, recycle what we can to keep the landfills from covering the earth, and let trees grow on our place to boost the oxygen supply and use up the CO2. the one theory i refuse to swallow tho,,,is the one where if we all turn in all our guns, it will stop crime. -mike
