I have and have had an 801 series 841 model ford since around 1982 with a loader. I use it all the time and its a good tractor with the loader on it. My 841 also has a sherman combo tranny. All 801s have live hyds on them. That one may or may not have live PTO depend on what model it is. Also with a loader you want a front type hyd pump since the one board hyds will be very slow. Also power steering is a must for a tractor with a loader or you will either have sore arms or begin to look like the hulk
