Given that we had a 5-foot belly mower on a Super C and a Cockshutt 30 has live PTO and hydraulics, I'd recommend a Cockshutt 30. I doubt you'd have to spend more than about 1000 for the tractor if you've already got the mower. A Super C has about 24HP, a Cockshutt 30 has, well, I figure about 30HP. So if that's all you really want to do with the tractor, that'll do the job.
