I have a Production Credit Calender from 1998 which shows old time Farm etc. Pictures. For Aug it shows the Street in front of the IHC Dealership in PawPaw ILL in 1936. There are five F20's lined up in front, all are apparently Steel Wheel equipped.Three have smooth Front and Rear Wheels,Two have the Bands attached on the front Wheels and the Lugs attached on the rear Wheels. Matter of fact one of the Lug equipped units has a Jack of some sort between the Front Wheels as if they had just finished attaching the Bands.Did they ship Steel Wheeled Tractors from the Factory minus the Bands and Lugs? Were they an Option?
