Started smoking in 1952 and quit in 1994. Its not really hard to do if you really want to and have a good reason. Never missed them since. Three years ago I was having trouble breathing if I did any hard or heavy work. An hour of that and I couldn"t catch my breath. Come in from the cold and hack for an hour or more. Found out I have emphysema mid stage. Have to use three different inhalers each day. Next step is a nebulizer the oxygen then goodbye. There is no cure as of now. No dought I got it from smoking. Wish I had never started but had to be a smart a-- and do it. I always try to get friends to stop and anyone else that will listen . Sorry for the rant-Bill
