Do you have contacts of such tractors and where they are at or are you just hoping to find one. While you may find some from the gulf coast that were from a farm and were not under water that long they will be beat to He!! because of the wave action of the storm serge. New Orleans is a city and the only tractors around would be owned by collectors or the city's grass cutting tractors. I have been to the auction for the city and can tell you they will not go cheap. The parts guys will buy them all up to part out. Both areas were flooded by salt water and any equipment would need to be torn down to remove all residue or rust will set in. I personally would not buy anything from the Katrina/Rita area.
