My mother owns a Toyota Camry XLE and is need of new tires. She was in Sam’s Club and they told her she needs a V rated tire on this particular model car. I looked it up and a V rated tire is speed rated at 140MPH. My mom seldom competes in NASCAR events any more so is there any sane reason she needs this? I did look at the current tires and sure enough they are V rated. Still it seems like if this is the only reason its just plain foolishness. Tim
