I pull an 8' Haymie chisel with a 4010 in black clay. (4010 is around 75 hp pto.) Has 7 tynes odly spaced with a long tongue and hyd lifted tires. Comercially built in Amarillo, Tx. 1st go on virgin soil is a black smoker and only about 6" deep. By the 3rd round I have them buried (about 10-12"). Great plow. Like to use 3rd gear out of 8. I've tried 3 pt plows or better described as cultivators and have found that if you want to dig, you have to get a long tongue and get the tynes back from the tractor. The 3 pts just skip over the ground....unless you already have it plowed. Mark
