If it needs a rebuild, there ain"t really any other way than tear it down - BUT is that what is causing the blow-by? Maybe it just needs a lot of hard work to unglaze the bores (from only doing light duties?) Only you can fix your leak - it is possibly on the spill-return lines from the injectors. Regards, RAB
